INTRO is a fashion exhibit and runway event showcasing the works of Ryerson School of Fashion students from years one to three. Previously, INTRO only showcased first year designs of the Daywear Day project, but my partner and I decided to also showcase works from both Fashion Communications and Fashion Design students leading up to our final year, creating a platform for those who may not be able to do so before Mass Exodus. We exhibited over 100 communications pieces from photography, graphic design, illustrations, and more, and presented over 60 garments throughout two runway shows. As this was the first year something at this caliber was planned and executed, we had a turnout of over 300 guests which included students, professionals, friends, and family–an incredible surprise for both myself and my partner.
